A Lovely City Escape

fresh ingredients excellent service quality bedding

The breakfast was excellent. I found a huge variety of choices with fresh ingredients. Vijay and Tufayel were polite and offered excellent service at breakfast. The bed provided great comfort and I appreciated the quality bedding. I will be back for another tender city moment.

The room overlooked a small portion of the canal, not the full view I hoped for. This was a minor disappointment, but the rest of my stay was still amazing.

the location is really great, so close to symphony hall (it made getting to my event super easy). the staff were professional and polite, a big plus in my book. the spar was amazing. i will definitely stay here again.

the car park was very limited. the food was just ok. i think i expected more from the dining experience.

the club room was spacious and clean. breakfast offered a wide variety of options. staff members were pleasant and helpful! the location was superb, especially with the bridge link to the icc.

the pool was cold and the changing rooms were freezing. we were very disappointed with the temperature. we wanted to make the most of the facilities!

solid stay, central location

pleasant staff front desk ample selection

The staff were quite pleasant, especially at the front desk. They handled check-in efficiently. i appreciated the hotel's proximity to local attractions. It made getting around very easy. also, i found the bar area quite inviting. it became a nice spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The drinks selection was ample too.

The staff were helpful. The room offered a lovely view. The pool and spa facilities were quiet. The location allows quick access to shops, restaurants, and the train station. I found the room's value to be good.

The bed in the room was not very good. I had a slightly uncomfortable night's sleep.

The doorman was helpful. I traveled with my elderly parents, one using a wheelchair, and he assisted greatly with our luggage and door openings. I appreciated the staff's assistance . The location is convenient, close to shops and the train station. The room included a GREAT view.

The shower pressure was low, so it was HARD to rinse properly.
